My journey into fitness and mindfulness began in a Chengdu gym, where I discovered yoga as a sanctuary from stressful academics. What started as an escape became a transformative tool—helping me tame emotions, sharpen focus, and study more efficiently. That experience shaped my belief: true health blends movement, mind, and purpose.

I’ve always been passionate about wellness (even as a kid scolding adults for secondhand smoke!). Though I graduated with a biotechnology degree from Monash University, I realized lab work felt too indirect for my mission: helping people see and feel real progress in their health. So in 2019, I became a certified personal trainer.

At Snap Fitness (post-2020 lockdowns), I coached clients through physical and mental transformations. One pivotal moment came when a muscular but anxious male client noticed my yoga practice. His progress—from stiff and irritable to strong and calm—inspired me to earn my YTT200 certification in Bali and expand into yoga instruction.

Today, I offer:

  • 1:1 Training (Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, Weight Training)

  • Small Group Classes (Max 3 people)
    Each service stems from my own evolution and clients’ requests. When clients needed more focused core strength, joint stability, and graceful movement control, I added Pilates—a perfect complement to both yoga and strength training. When expecting mothers asked for support, I trained in prenatal yoga. Every skill I learn answers a real need.

What never changes? My obsession with your progress. Whether you’re lifting weights, flowing through poses, or preparing for motherhood, I’ll meet you where you are—with science, empathy, and a touch of tough love.
