Biotech Graduate Turned Mindful Movement Coach | Yoga & Pilates Teacher | Strength Trainer
My journey into fitness and mindfulness began in a small Chengdu gym, where yoga became a quiet refuge from the stress of academic life. What started as an escape soon became a powerful tool—helping me regulate emotions, sharpen my focus, and move through life with more clarity. That experience planted a lifelong belief: true health is the harmony of body, mind, and purpose.
Even as a kid, I was passionate about wellness (I used to scold adults for smoking near me!). After graduating from Monash University with a Master’s in Biotechnology, I realized that lab work felt too far removed from the real people I wanted to help. In 2019, I pivoted—becoming a certified personal trainer and working directly with clients on their wellness goals.
At Snap Fitness, I witnessed how physical transformation often walks hand-in-hand with emotional growth. One moment that stuck with me: a tense, muscular client noticed my yoga practice. Over time, he transformed—from rigid and anxious to grounded and open. That experience led me to Bali, where I earned my RYT200 yoga certification and began weaving yoga into my approach.
Over the years, client needs guided my continued learning—from strength to prenatal to Pilates. Every skill I’ve added is a direct response to someone I’ve supported.
What stays constant? My obsession with progress—yours. Whether you're rebuilding, growing, or simply exploring what’s next, I’ll meet you with a grounded mix of science, presence, and just enough challenge to make real change happen.
Let’s build a version of you that feels strong, aligned, and fully alive.

My story begins on the diving boards — where breath, precision, and discipline shaped me into an international-level athlete. Years of competitive training taught me how to push limits, but it wasn’t until I stepped onto the yoga mat that I learned how to soften, to feel, and to truly connect.
After graduating from Guangzhou Sport University and retiring from professional diving, I searched for something that could bridge the strength of the body with the calm of the mind. That’s when yoga found me.
Since 2018, I’ve dedicated myself to yoga — especially the discipline and depth of Ashtanga. It became more than a practice; it became my way back to myself. Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I found the same focus I once had in diving — but with a gentler, deeper kind of power.
Off the mat, I’m drawn to all things sensory and creative. Aromatherapy grounds me, and making handmade soap is my meditation in motion. You’ll often find me at local markets, sharing the small things I’ve created with care.
In every class I teach, I aim to bring presence, precision, and compassion. Whether you're brand new or experienced, my goal is to help you feel supported, seen, and strong from the inside out.
