Our Teachers
Jenny Pan
Biotech Graduate Turned | Yoga & Pilates Teacher | Strength Trainer
Jenny is a science-trained fitness and movement coach dedicated to helping women build lasting strength and confidence. With a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Monash University, she combines scientific insight with mindful, body-aware coaching.
Her journey began in a small Chengdu gym, where yoga became a tool for emotional resilience and clarity. Since transitioning from lab work to coaching in 2019, Jenny has earned certifications in strength training, RYT200 yoga (Bali), prenatal movement, and Pilates—each driven by the evolving needs of the women she supports.
Jenny’s approach blends evidence-based training with a deep understanding of how movement can support real life—from postpartum recovery to performance goals. With the launch of HerSpace, her women-only smart gym, she offers a supportive, self-paced environment where personal coaching meets smart training tools like the GM2.
Whether working 1:1 or designing hybrid programs that mix private training with smart gym access, Jenny helps women feel strong, focused, and empowered—inside and out.
Alina Xia
Former Elite Diver | Ashtanga Yoga Teacher | Aromatherapy Practitioner
Alina brings the focus and discipline of an international-level athlete to every yoga class she teaches. A former elite diver and graduate of Guangzhou Sport University, her journey into mindful movement began after retiring from competitive sport—when she sought a practice that could balance strength with inner calm.
Yoga became that bridge. Since 2018, Alina has immersed herself in the practice of Ashtanga yoga, drawn to its structure, rhythm, and transformative power. Through breath and movement, she discovered a new kind of resilience—one grounded in awareness and presence rather than performance.
Her teaching blends the precision of athletic training with the warmth of personal experience. With a keen eye for alignment and a compassionate approach, Alina creates classes that meet students where they are—whether they’re just beginning or deepening their practice.
Outside the studio, Alina finds joy in sensory rituals—aromatherapy, handmade soap crafting, and connecting with others through the small, thoughtful details of daily life.
With Alina, students can expect to feel seen, supported, and invited to explore their own strength—physically and beyond.
Chaitravi More
Techie-Turned-Yogi | Teaching Calm in a Fast World
Chaitravi brings a unique blend of technical insight and deep compassion to her yoga teaching. Born and raised in India, she was introduced to yoga at an early age by her father—but it wasn’t until years later, during her recovery from COVID in 2020, that yoga took on a profound personal meaning. What began as a path to physical healing unfolded into a lifelong commitment to mindful movement and inner balance.
With a background in Computer Science and a Master’s in Cybersecurity from Melbourne, Chaitravi understands the stress of high-performance environments. Her classes offer a counterbalance: a calm, nurturing space where students can reconnect to themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Since returning to teaching during her time at Monash University, Chaitravi has guided students across diverse backgrounds, from women in India to university peers in Australia. Her approach is gentle yet grounded, combining movement, breathwork, and intentional stillness to help people feel safe, supported, and centered.
Outside the studio, Chaitravi is drawn to peaceful environments—spaces infused with soft light, calming scents, and thoughtful details. She believes the energy we cultivate around us is just as important as the work we do within.
Her intention in every class? To help you pause, soften, and come home to yourself.
