Please note that passes cannot be paused or extended, nor are credits and refunds provided for late cancellations or missed classed. If you have exceptional circumstances please contact us to discuss.

Do arrive in time for your class as we are unable to admit latecomers. Credits are not available for missed classes if you are running late. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all cancellations require 12 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation penalty of the cost of your class will apply.

Once you have bought your package, you can manage your bookings on your phone by downloading the app or logging in via your desktop.
