Not at all. Our sessions are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced movers. Every program is tailored to your current ability and goals.

We believe every body is different. Your Intro Package includes a comprehensive movement assessment and three private sessions, allowing us to understand how you move, identify your goals, and create a personalised training program before joining ongoing coaching or semi-private classes.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Pilates sessions and are available to purchase at the studio if needed.

Many of our clients come to us with pain, injuries or movement concerns. Your initial assessment allows us to understand your history and tailor your program accordingly. If you have recently undergone surgery or have a complex medical condition, we may recommend obtaining clearance from your healthcare provider before commencing training.

Our Semi-Private Pilates sessions are limited to four clients. Rather than everyone performing the same workout, each client follows their own personalised program while receiving close supervision and coaching throughout the session.

This depends on your goals. Most clients benefit from attending 2–3 sessions per week for the best results. We'll discuss a recommendation during your assessment.

Yes. All new clients begin with the Intro Package to ensure they learn the fundamentals, understand the equipment safely, and receive an individualised program before joining our semi-private sessions.

Yes. We provide personalised coaching for suitable prenatal and postnatal clients. Please let us know your stage of pregnancy or postpartum journey when completing your enquiry form so we can prepare appropriately.
