🌟 Vy's Fitness Journey: Unveiling Strength and Transformation
Meet Vy, the athletic girl who kicked off her fitness journey with me in late February 2023. Armed with years of swimming and weight training experience, Vy sought a change, expressing a clear goal: "Fall in love with weight training again and see progress."
Fast forward to today, and Vy's progress is nothing short of awe-inspiring:
Conquering Kyphosis: Vy faced the challenge of rounded shoulders and tight chest muscles, symptoms of kyphosis. Through dedicated training, she has triumphed, transforming her posture and enhancing her overall physical well-being.
Unlocking Flexibility: Vy tackled tightness in her lower back and hamstrings caused by her anterior tilted pelvic position. Through targeted exercises, she not only improved flexibility but also addressed imbalances, contributing to her holistic fitness journey.
Connecting with Glutes: Initially struggling to engage her glutes, Vy worked diligently to establish a mind-muscle connection. Today, she not only feels but activates her glutes effectively, adding a powerful dimension to her workouts.
After about 7 months of dedicated training, including a 2-month holiday break, Vy's physique has undergone a remarkable transformation. Her back and side views showcase neutral shoulders and pelvic positions, reflecting not just a better appearance but a balanced fitness level.
